The following is a list of your frequently-asked questions along with useful information about Essentials Only. If we haven’t answered your question below, please email email@example.com.
Essentials Only is located in Bli Bli on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. We’re an online retailer that can deliver your order anywhere in Australia using trackable Australia Post Parcel Post, or next business day to most areas with Express Post at cost.
If all the items in your order are in stock, and we receive your order and payment before 5pm Brisbane time on a weekday – we will ship your order the next day.
Order before 5pm Brisbane time for next-day shipping…
… that’s between Monday and Friday if all your items are in stock. Otherwise we wait until all the backordered items have arrived. Excluding public holidays!

Select Express Post in the checkout for next-business day delivery if you’re in the Express Post national network, otherwise two or three working days.

That’s right, free delivery for orders sent anywhere in Australia if you spend more than $150
All times quoted are estimates!
We cannot control random weather events, floods that prevent all road transport, the unpredictable nature of Australia Post and other external variables that affect the time to deliver your order. Shipping and delivery times are devised from our best estimates, however can vary and you agree to accept any possible delay when placing an order.
- Tracking information is sent to you via email once the order has been sent. Check your spam folder if you can’t find it, otherwise email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll re-send it
- Once your order status has changed to “Shipped” – we cannot modify or cancel it
- “Extra cover” or “Signature on delivery” is optional and not included by default with any order. Use the links to add these to your order
- Once Australia Post has scanned your parcel as “Delivered” or “Delivered with Safe Drop” – it is delivered. If you can’t find the parcel someone has probably stolen it. If you live in a unsafe neighbourhood use Signature on Delivery or get a Parcel Locker/Collect address

We do not have a retail store that you can visit – but you can choose Local Pick Up and collect your order directly from our house.
Stock levels will be current on our website to the best of our ability.
Please place a new order in usual way. Immediately send us a separate email to firstname.lastname@example.org alerting us to your second order and that you’d like us to combine your orders. If, and only if, we can combine the two orders – we will refund the excess shipping charge back to your method of payment.
We accept the following types of payment:
- Cash on Collection
- Direct Deposit into our bank account. Please note your order will be shipped after the funds have been cleared and stock is available. Bank details are shown below and also emailed to you when the order has been completed:

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, or would like us to stock a new item from an existing or new supplier, please email us.
Prices may change after a product has been released, for example if you read about a new product from last month, the price may have changed since then – and the current price will be that shown on the product page.
We are open to negotiation for volume orders – please email email@example.com with your requirements for a quote.
We do not offer “change of mind” returns or order cancellations once payment has been received. We’d rather you had the right thing first time – so if you’re not sure about something email us before making an order. Warranty issues are of course not considered returns and explained fully in our Terms and Conditions.
Simple – email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a speedy resolution. We will not discuss your problem using social media.
Essentials Only want you to be satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer a refund policy! This means that if you are not completely happy with your order, you are welcome to return the products for a refund or store credit, conditions below apply for this
Unused & unopened items
If you change your mind after you receive your products and no longer want to use them, return them to us within 30 days for a full refund of the product costs. (We will not refund shipping costs & you will need to pay for return postage)
Email email@example.com with your order number & items being returned. This step needs to be completed before you return your items to ensure we can process your refund or credit quickly, once we receive the products. If you believe your items may be faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details of the issue. Please provide photo evidence if possible. We will process an exchange/refund as soon as possible for you

Once we receive the items back, we will refund or credit your account. (Please note this step is only completed when we receive your items back, please allow 2-5 days processing time after your items are received back at our warehouse).
All orders placed before 5pm AEST Monday-Friday will be shipped the next day.
Free standard shipping on all orders over $150, otherwise there will be a shipping charge starting at $8.20 using Australia Post, this will be calculated at the checkout. Express Post will be delivered overnight from the date of dispatch depending on your location.
