Description
Meeting with Kelly in person for 3 hours (generally at your home but that can be negotiated) to discuss your needs and get some immediate suggestions for solutions. This consultation is reserved for individuals or a single family unit only. Topic/s of conversation are of your choice which allow you to improve the ease and enjoyment of your life, and can include but not limited to sleep, sickness, stress, relationships etc.
